ICA Idea Portal for SEI
If the WFM schema is on inconsistent state, there is no way to clean up and install from scratch without impacting the whole SQL instance as currently we need to revert from snapshot or install SQL from scratch. Currently there uninstallation didn't include the NGI schema.
