Need to have an option to be added to turn off auto log in to Fluency (dictating system) for users in WFM.

Customer wanted to have a feature Request to add a preference in WFM to turn on/off auto log in to Fluency.

As per them they would like to put forth a feature request to have a preference added to turn off auto log in to Fluency (dictating system) for users in WFM.

Checked if there are any old cases with the same requests, did not find any. No KA's related to the customer's request.

Gone through UV/WFM documents, checked the information related to preference, as of now we do not have any option to turn off auto log in to Fluency (dictating system) for users in WFM.

As per the customer's request we will go ahead and create an I/O request to check further from the concern team.

We will inform the customer that we have created an I/O request.
