WFM time out setting for removing Assignments

Exams are Assigned to Radiologists.
Other users will not read when assigned to another Rad.

If Rad is out of office suddenly, such as for illness, injury, emergency, or no longer employed, there is a delay in exams assigned to this Rad to identify and reassign for reading.

PACS Admin is requesting ability to set a predefined time frame where any "Assigned" exams will be released if exams have not been dictated within the defined period of time, such as 3 days for example.
