Customer went live almost a year ago on WFM v7.0.0.4.5 which included an IRCC lookup to Cerner RIS for Documents. Consensus Server sits in the middle of XE and Cerner, and Cerner forwards documents to consensus. Our XE server sends query to Consensus. We are seeing results of those queries in the WFM application, however, when customer clicks on lab results which should display as pdf in our application, they come up and say: invalid colorspace. We ensured that Adobe PDF viewer is installed on the client side. Consensus reports that they are able to open the pdfs that they are serving to us in a standard pdf viewer. Jessica from Engineering confirmed that WFM is not supporting pdf document by design and there's no workaround either. |
