Pinned Worklist WFM Worklist Functionality

Pinned worklist never removes the worklist from the pinned worklist section unless the user removes it.
Making a worklist active simply places that worklist at the top of the pinned worklist section.
When a different worklist is selected or a search occurs, that previously active worklist returns to the position the user has defined it to sit.

Adding explanation as to why it works like it does today:
The reason we place the active worklist at the top is for easy access when using Full Screen worklist mode so you don't have to scroll to find the active worklist. If it is not at the top of the list and for a user using landscape mode or longer names in their worklist, this could be a common problem.

    Enhancement:
The thing we could do for customers preference is allow the user to set their pinned worklist to either identify active worklist or place active worklist at the top. Perhaps that would satisfy both types of users.

Please provide further comments to agree or disagree.
    Thank you.
