Auto-Load Comparison Presentation State DY_ [F9797]

User Workflow:

Presentation States did not migrate with images from different PACS system to ETP.

Rad opens current + comparison exam, creates measurement annotations on both current and comparison exam, Presentation States save on exam close (done door options). This creates an SY_ (current) and DY_ (comparison) presentation state.
Same or different user opens same current + comparison exam where the previously saved presentation state for the current exam, SY_ will auto display based on Done Door Options however, the comparison DY_ presentation state must be manually applied by selecting Manage Presentation States, locating, selecting DY_ presentation state from list and selecting Apply.

User Complaint:

1. Too many steps to apply the DY_ presentation state to the comparison exam.

2. No way for user to know that a DY_ presentation state exists for the comparison exam

Enhancement Request:
Presentation States for current and comparison exams be auto applied upon opening exam whether created as an SY_ or DY_ presentation state with user Done Door Options set to Load Presentation State on Startup.
