Workflow Manager Active Worklist - Stay stationary on worklist panel but highlight not jump to the top

For users who have upgraded from WFM v7.0.0.4 versions to early adopter v7.1 versions the change in active worklist behavior is extremely distracting.

Request: Active worklist to stay static on left hand worklist menu list, but “highlighted” to show active

Issue: Users have complained about the “jumping” of the active worklist to the top. They feel that it is rearranging their worklists, however it doesn’t rearrange it, it moves it to the top when its active. Multiple users found this challenging and do NOT like the change from the prior version of WFM.
