WFM Reading - Designated Author ( Select Approver Ra1000 parity gap) [F15400]

When an exam is ready to be reported the “designed author” can be assigned by the technician.

The User should have a way to filter in worklist for the “designated author”.

A new icon should be available to show green when an exam has a “designated author”.

Designated Author can be changed only manually, or it is automatically cleaned when report status is set to “Final” or ORU is received ( prelim/final status).

A new option should be available in RMC, allowing multi exams selection .

A new icon should be visible in worklist and in DxHub.

A new worklist listing all the exams were the “Designated author” is the logged user

Assignment would not influence/change the value in "Designated Author"

The Designated Author is not changed if any other Author edit the report for the specific ACC#.
