Fonts customization

Description

The users requested personal font customizations to patient worklists due to the inability to see the worklists clearly, usually because of size but also color. I had put this in as a feature request for CCW but was told the worklists would be switching to WFM

    WFM is only used for interruption for Cardiology at the moment.

    Old UI prior to v7 Sp1 had this complaints, the new UI has not resulted in the same complaints.
