Is UV able to send both linked accession numbers to PowerScribeOne in a single message rather than sending them separately as it is set up currently? I have attached a video and relevant PSO logs for review. When associating an exam in GE PACS, what they are sending to PowerScribeOne looks like this: 09:00:39 PID:8716 -->OpenReportEx(Hamilton Healthcare, XXXXXXXXXX, ) 09:00:47 PID:8716 <--OpenReportEx return True 09:00:47 PID:8716 -->ReportOpened Event: Site:Hamilton Healthcare Accessions:XXXXXXXXXX Status:Draft IsAddendum:False 09:00:47 PID:8716 <--ReportOpened 09:00:47 PID:8716 -->get AccessionNumbers 09:00:47 PID:8716 <--get AccessionNumbers return XXXXXXXXXX 09:00:47 PID:8716 -->get SiteName 09:00:47 PID:8716 <--get SiteName return Hamilton Healthcare 09:00:47 PID:8716 -->get Username 09:00:47 PID:8716 <--get Username return ghaley 09:00:47 PID:8716 -->AssociateOrders(XXXXXXXXXX) 09:00:48 PID:8716 <--AssociateOrders return 1 09:00:48 PID:8716 -->AccessionNumbersChanged Event: Site:Hamilton Healthcare Accessions:XXXXXXXXXX,XXXXXXXXXX Status:Draft IsAddendum:False Instead of sending us a linked exam in the OpenReportEX Call, they're sending us the MG, and then sending us an AssociateOrders call for the US. If they can send us BOTH at the same time, it will trigger the templating behavior you're looking for, to default in the Template set for ALL.
