WFM should provide a method for an authorized user (e.g. Admin user) the ability to view all personal folders, make edits to them (e.g. on behalf of a user), and to purge the folders (e.g. in the event the end user has left the organization). Would be valuable in teaching organizations where users are created, and deactivated regularly.
