Allow clipboard paste into key Images/Archive

Today inserting an image into the Key Image Archive form in CCW requires multiple clicks, browsing the file storage etc.

An easier approach to inserting the file will be to allow 'Paste' from clipboard.

This would allow for easy insertion of images.

One use case could be images of echo that can be easily selected with a screenshot tool (print screen, snip tool, ShareX, greenshot etc) and pasted straight into CCW Key Images form. WIth the ultimate aim of having them shown on the report.
