New field to be added to the Setup > Patient Setup > Patient Preparation section

Customer stated they are requesting a new field to be added to the Setup > Patient Setup > Patient Preparation section.

As per them this field should be labeled "Time Out" and should be a single select field.

They wanted the catalog options should be the following:

Code: "Yes"

Description: "A time out was performed in accordance with hospital policy."

This sentence should be mapped to the following textgen:

FINDEP_ProcedureText_ProcedureNarrative_SBM and should be placed between Sentence [Arrival] and Sentence [Consent].

Their requirement is this should be built in their CCW development system first and then it should be built in their CCW production system.

Referred the old cases to see if we have already such request from the other site and could not see any.

Also, checked the manuals, release notes, documents related to the customer and confirmed that as of now we do not have a field with Setup > Patient Setup > Patient Preparation section.
