Customer wants to be able to configure the CCW Help section to launch their Learning and Support Centre.

Description

Description: The customer has a home page for their training material, which they have named the "Learning and Support Centre". Ideally, they were hoping to configure the Help section of CCW such that they would remove the PDF launch of the CCW Manual and replace it with a link to their own Learning and Support page (screenshot provided). Their intention is to better help their users learn the product by giving them a tailored learning solution that they can launch in a separate webpage that they can toggle between. In practice, the end user will be able to follow instructions from the web page and action those instructions. This is unlike the Web icon whereby the user cannot toggle between the web page launched and CCW. Could Engineering please check the feasibility of whether it can be configured in this manner, please?


Use case details: Customers will be able to configure their own help materials.

    This was raised as a feature request in TFS (number 42632) by our L4. This feature has been declined by product team due to legal and regulatory concerns on replacing our own CCW manuals by customer not approved by our QA department.

    We recommend to use web links on the Patient screen instead. This can be done via configuration- please ask Vit or another apps specialist
