Description
Use case details: As a reporting cardiologist I want to be able to create one report for multiple exams either from one or multiple exam modes. Examples: Perform CATH and STRHEART and produce one report. Perform CRMImplant and CATH and produce one report. Feature/Requirement Details: The solution should enable the function to combine multiple exams and create single report for these exams. This must be achieved by co-reporting separate individual exams. There is also scenario that only one exam is scheduled consisting of multiple exam mode components (CATH+STRHEART) resulting in one report as well – this functionality is also required in the solution. All possible workflows and possibilities were explained to the customer. The demand here is to be able to create 1 report for multiple (even multiple exam mode) exams. In RIS it is a feature called co-reporting. I asked the customer why there would be 2 orders required as the goal is achieved by simplification to one order with multiple procedure steps. The response was due to their HIS auditing there was a need for 2 separate orders. Further the customer also dig deeper into multi-mode procedures (StrHeart + Angiography + CRMImplant) in one report. I also clarified the profiling of the report and the response was to be able to profile the one common report against each of the orders.
