To display the Report, the Conclusion and the Indication on the same 'Conclusion workflow page'

This will make the comparison of the report/indication/conclusion very easy for the supervisors, without having to click back and forth.

End user needs to display the Report, the Conclusion, the Indication o the same 'Conclusion workflow page'.

    @Guest we determined this would be too confusing for customers as we already have functionality to review previous reports and we have a conclusion form.
