S-PRIM : EA ability to interact with asynchronous storage solution

As part of the S-PRIM tender, we plan to use OVH "cold archive" solution, which is a cold storage solution based on tape and implementing Glacier Deep Archive APIs.

EA must be able to interact with any storage solution implementing glacier deep archive APIs (not only AWS), and especially the one from OVH
