Description

ILM can only currently move data between libraries, move from Library A to Library B then delete from Library A.

UPMC and others would like to be able to move studies between "Archives".

Send from Archive A to Archive B then delete from Archive A so study is only in Archive B.

    EA supports Shadowing from Archive A to Archive B and ILM can delete from Archive A afterwards. This will suffice the ask here.
