HL7 ignore updates on case change

Description

When recieving HL7 messages, EA will make updates if the letter case changes (even if there are no other changes). There should be an option to ignore case to reduce updates.

    Fixed in EA 4.0 SP23.

    This capability has been implemented as a configuration item per HL7 messaging host in the latest release of Enterprise Archive, i.e. EA 4.0 SP23. This item is configurable via a PowerShell commandlet.
