Description
For those customers where patients are coming from different centers is critical to see the field author insitution. That's why we are requesting to unhide this field for the user to know it and act as consequence. Currently a WA exists: We cannot accept the field 0080080. Here, we would only have the option of using a rule to set all studies that contain the word 'foreign' in tag 00081030 to have the institution name set to 'foreign study'. |
The author institution is an XDS metadata attribute that is provided by the Document Source, i.e . the system that publishes the information to the XDS affinity domain. It is configurable as a free text. The Document Source is not the system that can determine whether the content is foreign to any configured Document Consumer, so we are not sure if this request makes sense.
