There should be a way to delete an archive with images in it.

UPMC has archives that are no longer in use and would like a simple way to remove them. Currently we have to delete all the images and files (referenced or unreferenced) so that the library can be deleted then the archive.
There should be a documented way to simply remove an archive not in use, perhaps a procedure like ILM delete where you have get approvals etc.
