Logging entries and audittrail times a results do not match each other

Here is excerpt from EA log showing a transmissions failure and an audit ttrail entry:

if you query the audittrail for DicomAuditTrail, Id: 4554857 it shows 1 image sent successfully, CompletionCode = 0.

ping me for a few screen shots of what I am saying but basically the logs and the audittrails do not match accurately in times and outcomes.
