No description provided

I have a case for a site with study that can be used as an example. Standalone AIM picked up the study and archived 1521 of 1722 images because it had 1 bad image. It took 4 hours in one association when it first tried to archive it. Not sure how to get you an example of the study as I have no way to anonymize it.

    1) Thank you for the quick response on this. Would it be possible to supply us a sample image that can help us for our investigation/dev/testing purposes.?

    2) This issue shouldn't be present on the standalone AIM. Has this been observed in Standalone AIM? Could you confirm?

    1. Both

    2. Any study that the EA/VNA does not accept or can't archive for any reason. Example, it can't read the image from the STS or there is any DICOM issue (Pixel Issue)

Thank you for submitting the request. Before we groom it for our EA, we would like to understand below:

    1) Is this request for both Standalone and Integrated AIM or any one?

    2) Elaborate on the 'bad Image' means and share an example?
