Update EA Console with pending/completed transmissions from Dicom Clients Query Retrieving

When a DICOM client queries an EA server for exams, these queries are not listed under the pending/completed transmissions in the EA Console.

Currently this report is obtained by performing SQL DB Query of the server by GE Support Team. Cu is requesting if this can be implemented/configured through the EA Console which is user friendly and easy to obtain.
