EA License Generation Tool Update

As of April 1st 2023 we've had 220 license requests. Over 150 of those are for Enterprise Archive. The current workflow and generation tool is outdated. The license generation site is dependent on a hardware dongle. There are two dongles. If these were to both fail there would be no more EA/RA600/CA1000 licenses created. Furthermore, the site is dependent on IE9 which is end of life by MicroSoft. Edge browser currently supports emulation of IE9. However, if MS Edge drops that emulation, we will no longer be able to generate licenses. This poses a massive risk to the business and to our customers. If we can not generate a license we risk project delays as well as extended down time at sites.
