Automatic Patient information send to Cerner "Radiology Workplace" product after opening exam in RA1000

The customer is looking for GE to work alongside Cerner to help resolve an issue integrating GE RA1000 with the Cerner RDT product called "Radiology Workplace". Patient Data is currently not carrying over from RA1000 to Cerner Automatically. Our product is currently working as intended, and users are currently required to click on a button within RA1000 to send the PI across. The request is to reduce clicks by radiologists to improve reading efficiency
