Description
1. Provide the PACS admin with the tools they need to manage the performance of their PACS system. Flamingo, CATool, Exam Manager, and diagnostic tools that will allow the admin to identify the cause of any slowness, with a slant to first exonerate PACS from blame when PACS is not the cause of the trouble, second arm the admin with data to provide to the IT /Network staff evidence they can act on.
2. Collect data on the customer's systems that can help them evaluate needs, and allows us to market /develop our products based on real customer data.
3. Used as a communication vehicle. Service chat, one touch call to support, and automated log bundle generation when making a call or other interactions , to help us service our customers. |
