Ability to send videos to PACS and store them

They use the cloud for storage. They have a device called Ambu that does videos. Would like to know if there is a way for them to set it up so the device can store/pull from the cloud if necessary. They know that the snapshots go to PACS. but the videos do not. Just need to know if there is a way to change setting so the videos can as well.
