Request to have the PACS patient table reconfigured so the varchar character limit on pat_name is expanded to accommodate longer patient names to match RIS.

No description provided
Description

Use case details:

The homer head icon is not displayed in RIS when a patient name is longer than 40 characters. This is due to RIS looking for the full name but PACS is only returning a truncated name (up to 40 characters).

This issue impacts radiologists who cannot see whether the images are in PACS when looking at the RIS worklist (RIS driven workflow used in ANZ).

Feature/Requirement Details:

MEDORA RIS can have a maximum of 255 characters for surname and 255 characters for first name - PACS has a maximum of 40 characters combined for surname and first name.

We would want the character limit in PACS expanded so the full name from RIS is shown in PACS and matches fully.

Screen shots/ Videos: Patient name column in RA1000 will need to be expandable to allow for longer names.
