Allow Support for GMSA account in XED Provider Configuration

Site wanted to use a GMSA account that does not use an explicit password to run their application communications. ZFP was able to use their VNATSTGMSA$ account (Data access connections, dbconnections, windows services, IIS pools) without issue, but XED provider was unable to do so through the GUI or config files stating password is a mandatory field
