The image browsing interface lacks a scroll bar like the one on ZFP, so you can't quickly switch to a specific location and need to slide the mouse a little bit at a time. this feature had been challenged by so many customers.
The window width and window level of the thumbnail are inconsistent with the large image. For example, the mediastinum window is shown in the thumbnail, but the lung window is shown when dragging to the large image.
